We do our best to describe products accurately, including images, features, materials, colors, dimensions, variants and relevant information.

lighting in photographs;
minor differences between production batches;
natural tolerances relating to materials, finishes or workmanship;
technical updates or product improvements.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes and represent the product as faithfully as possible, but they cannot guarantee a perfect match in every detail.
We reserve the right to modify, update, improve or remove products from the website at any time, without affecting orders already accepted.
Personalized products
Some Crawford Design products may be personalized with initials, acronyms, letters or other short text elements chosen by the customer.
When you order a personalized product, you are responsible for carefully checking:

all information provided before confirming the order.

Crawford Design is not responsible for personalization errors caused by incorrect information entered by the customer.
Personalized products cannot be returned due to a change of mind, unless they are defective, damaged or non-conforming to the order due to a cause attributable to Crawford Design or its partners.
Once personalization has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Prices, currency, taxes and duties
Product prices are indicated on the website in the currency shown while browsing or at checkout.
Prices may include VAT, duties or applicable taxes, where required by law and according to the website settings and destination country.
Any applicable taxes, duties, shipping costs or other amounts will be indicated at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Crawford Design currently ships on a DDP basis, where applicable. This means that any import costs, duties or customs taxes applicable to the shipment are generally managed by Crawford Design or its logistics partners, so that the customer does not have to pay additional customs costs upon delivery.
If a courier or customs authority asks you to make a payment relating to duties, taxes or import costs for a Crawford Design order, we invite you to contact us before proceeding with payment.

We may change prices at any time. Such changes will not affect orders already accepted.
In the event of an obvious error in the price, description or availability of a product, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
Free shipping
Crawford Design currently offers free shipping on orders placed through the website crawforddesign.co, unless otherwise indicated at checkout or in specific promotional campaigns.

Payments
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

At present, unless otherwise indicated at checkout, Crawford Design does not accept cash on delivery or bank transfer.

Crawford Design and payment service providers may carry out anti-fraud checks, authorization checks and security checks.
We may refuse or cancel an order if payment is not authorized, if it is flagged as suspicious or if we reasonably believe that there is a risk of fraud or unauthorized use.
Discounts, promotions and offers
From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotional codes, bundles, special offers or promotions.
Unless otherwise indicated:
each discount code may be used only once per order;
multiple discount codes may not be combinable;
promotions may be limited in time;
promotions may be subject to stock availability;
some promotions may exclude personalized products, bundles, gift cards or already discounted items;
promotions cannot be converted into cash;
promotions do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
Crawford Design reserves the right to modify, suspend or revoke a promotion at any time, without affecting orders already accepted.
In the event of fraudulent, abusive or unauthorized use of a promotional code, we may refuse the discount, cancel the order or request payment of the correct price before fulfilling the order.
Orders and formation of the contract
To place an order, you must follow the procedure indicated on the website.
Before confirming the order, we invite you to carefully check:
selected products;
quantity;
color, size, model or variant;
any initials or personalization data;
shipping address;
billing address;
payment method;
email and telephone number;
order summary.
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After submitting the order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order, but it does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
The contract between you and Crawford Design is considered concluded when the order is accepted, processed or shipped, or when you receive a shipping confirmation or other equivalent communication.
We may refuse or cancel an order if:
the product is not available;
payment is not authorized;
the price or description contains an obvious error;
the information provided is incomplete or incorrect;
we suspect fraud, abuse or unauthorized use;
we cannot ship to the address indicated;
the order breaches these Terms;
there are legal, logistical or operational reasons that prevent fulfillment of the order.
If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we will refund the corresponding amounts using the payment method used.
Changes and cancellations before shipment
You may request a change or cancellation of the order within 6 hours from placing the order.

We will do our best to satisfy the request, but we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation will be possible if the order has already been processed, personalized, prepared or shipped.
For personalized products, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible once personalization has started.
Shipping and delivery
Crawford Design currently ships mainly to:
Italy;
United Kingdom.
In the future, we may make shipping available to additional countries or selected geographical areas.
Orders may be prepared and shipped from warehouses, suppliers or logistics partners also located outside the destination country.
Processing and delivery times are indicated in the Shipping Policy.
In summary:
standard products are generally processed within 1–3 business days from receipt of payment;
personalized products may require up to 48 additional business hours;
estimated delivery for Italy and the United Kingdom is generally 7–15 business days from shipment;
tracking generally becomes available or updates within 48–72 hours from shipment.
These timelines are estimates and not absolute guarantees.
Delivery may take longer due to factors beyond our control, including logistics delays, customs checks, strikes, public holidays, weather conditions or force majeure events.
Unless a different timeframe is agreed or clearly indicated at checkout, we will do what is reasonably possible to deliver within 30 days from the order confirmation, in accordance with applicable law.
The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to the customer when the products are physically delivered to the customer or to a person indicated or authorized by the customer.
Ownership of the products passes to the customer when payment has been received in full.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct, complete and up-to-date shipping address.
If the address provided is incorrect, incomplete or not up to date, delivery may be delayed, fail or become impossible.
Crawford Design is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Where possible, we may arrange a new shipment. Any additional costs may be charged to the customer, unless otherwise decided in writing by Crawford Design or required by applicable law.
Lost, damaged or undelivered parcels
If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier or logistics partner before delivery, Crawford Design will offer the customer one of the following solutions:
a new shipment of the order at our expense;
a refund of the order.
The solution will be agreed with the customer based on their preference, product availability and the specific circumstances of the case.
If tracking indicates that the parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible, after checking any safe places, neighbors, concierge, family members or attempted delivery notices.
If you receive a product damaged during transport, you must contact us within 5 days from delivery, attaching photos or videos of the product and packaging.
This period helps us quickly verify the issue with our logistics partners and offer you a timely solution. It does not limit the mandatory rights you have by law.
Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
Your rights of withdrawal, return, exchange, replacement and refund are described in detail in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
16.1 Legal right of withdrawal
For non-personalized products purchased online, consumers normally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the product, without having to provide any reason.
After communicating the withdrawal, the customer has a further 14 days to return the product.
The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated in writing or required by applicable law.
16.2 Voluntary 100-day return guarantee
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, Crawford Design offers a voluntary 100-day return guarantee on eligible non-personalized products.
The guarantee starts from the date of delivery.
To be accepted, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without signs of clear use, wear, damage, deformation or alteration, and with the original packaging intact and not modified in its shape.
The cost of return shipping under the voluntary 100-day guarantee is entirely borne by the customer.
16.3 Personalized products
Products personalized with initials, acronyms, letters or other elements requested by the customer cannot be returned due to a change of mind.
We do not refund or replace personalized products when the error results from incorrect letters, initials or information entered by the customer.
If, however, the personalization error is attributable to Crawford Design or its partners, we will manage the situation in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
16.4 Defective, damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 5 days from delivery, attaching clear photos or videos of the issue.
In the event of a defect, damage or error attributable to Crawford Design or its partners, we will offer an immediate replacement at our expense, with no additional cost for the customer.
Legal guarantees and consumer rights
Products sold by Crawford Design must conform to the contract, the description and the standards required by applicable law.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity provided by applicable law.
If you are a consumer residing in the United Kingdom, the rights provided by UK law apply in relation to goods being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Legal guarantees apply independently of the voluntary 100-day return guarantee.
Crawford Design’s voluntary guarantee does not limit, replace or exclude mandatory rights provided by law.
In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, you may be entitled to legal remedies such as repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the case and applicable law.
Pre-orders and products with delayed shipping
From time to time, we may offer products on pre-order or with delayed shipping.
When a product is available on pre-order or with delayed shipping, we will indicate this on the product page, at checkout or in the order confirmation, where possible.
The shipping dates or windows indicated for pre-orders and products with delayed shipping are estimates and may vary for production, logistics or operational reasons.
In the event of a significant delay compared to the indicated window, we will inform you by email and, where provided by law, you may choose whether to keep the order or cancel it and receive a refund for the products not yet shipped.
Reviews and user content
The website may allow users to submit reviews, ratings, photos, videos, comments or other content relating to the products.
We use tools such as Loox or similar platforms to collect, manage and display reviews.
By submitting a review or other content, you declare that:
the content is truthful and based on your real experience;
you own the necessary rights to submit it;
the content does not violate third-party rights;

By submitting content, you grant Crawford Design a non-exclusive, free, worldwide and transferable license, within the limits necessary, to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt and share such content for commercial, promotional, informational or marketing purposes, in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We may remove, moderate or not publish content that we consider not compliant with these Terms, the law or brand standards.
Email marketing
If you subscribe to the newsletter, give your consent or if applicable law allows it in relation to existing customers, we may send you marketing communications by email.
These communications may include:
offers;
promotions;

abandoned cart emails;
post-purchase emails;

Force majeure
Crawford Design shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform its obligations if caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Such events may include, by way of example:
natural disasters;
wars, riots or terrorist acts;
epidemics or health emergencies;
strikes;
transport disruptions;
customs or logistics delays;
government measures;

If a force majeure event causes a significant delay in delivery or order fulfillment, we will inform you and manage the situation in accordance with applicable law, the Shipping Policy and the Returns and Refunds Policy.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory rights granted to consumers under the law of the country in which they reside.
